3D AUTO CUTTING MACHINE

Process Flow

1. Set up the machine program based on the luggage model (Size, Case Type: Front/Back).
2. Set up the appropriate jigs and fixtures on the machine bed.
3. Manually load the PC shell onto the jig and verify alignment. Auto-cutting takes place. The machine performs successive cutting (for the zipper line, handle, wheels, etc.) and drilling (for rivets/screws).
4. Unload the cut PC shell from the machine jig.
5. Manual polishing (or trimming) is done to remove excess plastic, sharp edges, and burrs left by the cutting tool.
6. Final inspection of the cut shell dimensions and edge quality.
