Process flow
- Set up the jigs appropriate for the type and size of the case. Different jigs are used for front and back cases.
- Set up the machine appropriately for the type and size of the case. Different setups are used for the front and back cases.
- Auto-cutting will take place. Cutting and drilling of the case are done here successively.
- Manual polishing is done after auto-cutting to remove excess plastic and sharp edges.
