Process flow
- Before making plates, the machine must be heated to 170°C.
- Load the resins into the container and mix with recycled resins and pigment if needed.
- Raw materials will be pushed through the tubes and will go through two rollers and PC film if needed.
- There is a cutter at the end of the machine. The size can be set based on the buyer’s requirements.
- Plates that will not be used immediately should be stored in the drying area to maintain their quality.
