Process flow

1. Before making plates, the machine must be heated to 170°C.
2. Load the resins into the container and mix them with recycled resins and pigment if needed.
3. Raw materials will be pushed through the tubes and then passed through two rollers and a PC film, if needed.
4. There is a cutter at the end of the machine. The size can be customized according to the buyer’s requirements.
5. Plates that will not be used immediately should be stored in the drying area to maintain their quality.
